Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your package (if applicable).
You can also check your order status by logging into your account:
My Account > Orders


I Didn’t Receive My Order

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information for delivery status

  2. Verify your shipping address was entered correctly

  3. Look for a delivery notice (in case the package was held or redirected)

  4. Check with neighbors or building management

If your order is still missing after these steps, contact us and we’ll investigate right away.


 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery:

  • Include your order number

  • Attach photos of the issue

  • Describe the problem clearly

We’ll resolve it quickly — either by replacing the item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.


Order Cancellations & Changes

To cancel or modify an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, we’ll confirm and issue a refund immediately.


 Refunds & Returns

Most items are non-returnable due to legal and safety regulations (especially ammo and opened gear). However, if an exception is made:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable


 Subscription Box Issues

For issues with K3 Ammo Drop, Loadout Crate, or VIP Tier:

  • Missed deliveries

  • Damaged items

  • Billing issues

Legal & Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict legal compliance, certain products (such as ammunition) cannot be shipped to restricted states.
If your order was blocked or partially cancelled, it’s likely due to:

  • Age verification failure

  • Shipping address in a restricted state

  • Missing adult signature option
