By accessing or purchasing from K3 Arms, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before using our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and K3 Arms.
1. Minimum Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase ammunition or any other age-restricted products from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and in full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
2. Restricted States and Jurisdictions
K3 Arms does not ship ammunition to the following states or jurisdictions: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C., and Alaska. Orders containing ammunition with a shipping address in any of these locations will be automatically canceled and refunded minus applicable processing fees. No exceptions will be made.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Ammunition shipments require adult signature at delivery to verify age. We only ship within the continental United States and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses. Florida customers may request local pickup or delivery where permitted by law. Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address and ensuring someone 21 years or older is available to sign for ammunition deliveries.
4. Compliance Responsibility
It is solely the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession and use of any product purchased from this site. K3 Arms assumes no responsibility for any legal violations committed by the buyer. All products are sold in accordance with federal law.
5. Order Processing and Cancellations
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. K3 Arms reserves the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or shipping risk. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are shipped.
6. Returns and Refunds
All sales of ammunition are final. Ammunition may not be returned under any circumstances unless the product arrives defective or damaged. Requests for return or refund must be submitted within seven days of delivery and approved in writing by K3 Arms. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
7. Privacy Policy
K3 Arms respects your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used only to process and fulfill your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to complete your purchase. This website may use cookies to enhance user experience.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to logos, product names, branding, descriptions, text, images, and website design, are the property of K3 Arms. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of this website is strictly prohibited.

By purchasing from this website, you agree that K3 Arms is not responsible for any misuse, injury, legal action, or damages resulting from the possession, use, or resale of any products sold.
